The Journey
Our Story
A Champion’s Heart Inc. was founded in 2014 with a clear and passionate mission: to impact and empower youth to recognize their value, develop their mindset, and build successful lives from the inside out.
Through years of working closely with young people, we saw transformation take place—confidence being built, mindsets shifting, and potential beginning to emerge. But over time, a deeper truth became evident.
We learned that no matter how much progress a young person makes, unresolved challenges within the home can quietly undermine that growth. Patterns within the family—communication breakdowns, emotional wounds, instability, and misalignment—often worked against the very progress we were helping youth achieve.
That realization reshaped our approach. We understood that if we truly wanted to create lasting transformation, we could not focus on the individual alone—we had to address the family system as a whole.

Coach Will Lane is a licensed therapist, mindset coach, and relationship & family specialist with a passion for helping individuals and families transform their lives from the inside out.
With decades of experience in mentoring, counseling, and leadership, Coach Will combines clinical insight, practical strategies, and faith-informed principles to guide people toward healing, growth, and lasting success.
Known for his compassionate approach and powerful teaching style, he is committed to helping others build strong relationships, develop healthy mindsets, and create families that thrive.
